On Saturday night, Anthony went as Polomalu (or at least a Polomalu-Kiesel hybrid) to a Halloween party last night.  

We had another busy week and weekend.  On Friday night, Anthony and I carved a pumpkin, made pumpkin seeds and watched the premier of Grimm so we nice little Halloween themed night. :)

Tonight we are hanging out with Peggy and Paul, and tomorrow starts another work week!  Tomorrow there is trick or treat so we'll probably stay home and give out candy.  Bella's been sleeping good.  She seems to be wanting to go to bed earlier.... around 6:45 or 7:00 and then she sleeps for 11 or 12 hours usually.  Not bad!

AnnMarie Gardens for Halloween

On Saturday we went to AnnMarie Gardens for their Halloween event. Bella went as a Ladybug and had a blast. When we came back, Bella was having "tummy time" and she rolled over for the very first time! We both got to see her do it, it was perfect.

4 months old today!

4 month appointment

Bella is in the middle of her morning nap so we haven't taken 4 month old photos yet, but it's on the agenda for later today.  Check back!

This morning she had a 4 month doctor's appointment.  She is in the 75th percentile for height, weight, and head circumference.  She is doing great!   She was not a fan of the oral vaccine and she made her displeasure known.  A few tears for the shot, but she was over it in 30 seconds.  We go back for a few more shots in November and then back for a 6 month visit in December.

She's sleeping about 12 hours a night, but sometimes wakes up between 2 and 3 wanting a binky.  I still have to swaddle her to get her to sleep, otherwise she just rubs her face and eyes and keeps herself awake!  The doctor just said to keep swaddling her if she likes it and she'll let us know when she doesn't want to be swaddled anymore.

Little South Carolina Fan

Dear Cousin Gabrielle, Aunt Jill, & Uncle Tracy,

I thought you might want to see a picture of me in my South Carolina gear.  I have been rooting for South Carolina on college football days!  I want you to know that the huge poop blowout I had in my South Carolina onesie is in no way symbolic of my feelings towards the university.  I just can't help it sometimes!  I hope to meet you all soon!

Today we got Bella's new exer-saucer in the mail. She was able to support herself in it and was really captivated by some of the toys.

These are from the wedding on Saturday at Greenwell State Park.  It was a beautiful day for a wedding.  Warm and sunny, but a little windy!  Bella had a great time people-watching and hanging out with Dar & Matt.

Corn Maze

I can hear my mother saying as she's looking at these pictures:  "She's not dressed very fall-like."  Yeah, I know.  (Hi, Mom!)    She does have a really cute brown velvet one-piece outfit and a nice pumpkin sleeper and even a Halloween costume she could have worn, but it was too hot outside for any of it.  :)  We'll get some pumpkin pictures later in the season where she is dressed "appropriately" for the season - do not worry!  

Some Bella Movies

It was really neat to watch Bella figure out that she could make things move with her hands.  She did it on accident first a few times, and then she'd slowly reach up and try to make it move again.  She spent about 30 minutes the first night figuring this out...   And the bath part we just thought was funny....

She has been able to giggle for a couple weeks now, but it's still entertaining for Anthony and me to watch her do it... Enjoy!
